Hi and welcome to Kind Of Krunchy!
This is a page that I’ve had on my heart for awhile to create.
I pray that this is a helpful resource for you, and will give you easy ways to stay healthy in all aspects of life.
I’m a momma of 2 kiddos, and have found that I had trouble finding one place that I could visit that would have all the different topics encompassing healthy living, I was always looking for.
This is where the idea for Kind of Krunchy came to my mind.
Friends and family always ask me for healthier recommendations on what to eat or feed their family, and for overall health and wellness tips, so I’ve decided to create a space and YouTube channel (basically a central hub), for anyone else searching for something similar recommendations.
I want Kind Of Krunchy to be a place where you can find it all- wellness for the mind, body, and soul, interior design and home decor tips, yummy and easy recipes, and posts for the entire family- from kids to pets.
80% of the time I am making healthy choices and choosing the most natural or holistic options, and the other 20% is spent living that typical “American Lifestyle”.
It’s all about balance and that’s what I hope to help the Kind Of Krunchy community to gain from both this blog and YouTube channel!
I am so excited to share with all of you what I’ve learned over the years (disclaimer: I am NOT an expert in any of the topics, but sharing my journey and my experiences with the hope that it helps anyone else wanting to become “Kind Of Krunchy” too!)
